Protocol and Requirements
We are still required to have all patients wear masks in the building.
Optical is by appointment, but if we have an opening we can get you in the same day or the next day.
We cannot book an appointment without insurance information/vision plan (ID number, plan name)- if insurance information is provided after the fact, it will need to be self submit.
Online scheduling is currently not working, please call the office to schedule an appointment- sorry for the inconvenience.
